SNEE FARM
What was once called the neighborhood Halloween house, we transformed a dark and dated home into something bright and beautiful. We removed everything but the studs, relocated a few walls, and found better use of the spaces inside. We took advantage of the poorly used sunroom and connected it to the kitchen for a sunny casual and elevated dining spot. The primary bath lacked any comfort or even practical design. Using earthy tones and brining the vanity countertop to surround the mirror, we turned the bathroom into a more organic serene space with a large double vanity, spa shower, and water closet. And with an eye towards building value in the home, we used functional design in unused spaces to create an extra bathroom for a guestroom and proper in-law suite.
